These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the online money transfer services offered by Agrani Exchange House Pte Ltd (“AGEX”). They include important limitations of liability and obligations. By accessing or using our services, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws.

1. Company Overview

1.1. Agrani Exchange House Pte Ltd is a Singapore-registered private limited company (Reg. No. 200200048D), located at 5A Lembu Road, Singapore 208444. It is a wholly owned subsidiary of Agrani Bank Limited (Bangladesh).

2. Definitions

Key terms used throughout these Terms and Conditions include:

• Sender: Person initiating the transaction.
• Receiver: Intended beneficiary of the transfer.
• Transaction: A money transfer initiated via AGEX Online Services.
• Payment Method: Methods used to fund transfers (e.g., bank cards, bank accounts).
• Prohibited Purpose: Unlawful or fraudulent transactions, including self-payments to simulate financial credibility.
• AGEX Online Services: Online services via our website or mobile app.

3. Our Services

3.1. AGEX provides international and domestic money transfers. You must be at least 18 years old and reside in Singapore.
3.2. Each transfer is a standalone contract between the Sender and AGEX.
3.3. Funds will typically be available by the next business day, subject to compliance and verification. Bank deposits may take up to 5 working days.
3.4. Payout options include cash pickup, bank deposits, and mobile wallet credit (where available). Identification is required for collection.
3.5. AGEX complies with international sanctions lists and may delay or reject transactions based on regulatory screenings.
3.6. Transfer Fees and Foreign Exchange: Fees and rates are displayed transparently during the transaction. Currency exchange is based on interbank rates with a margin.
3.7. SMS Notifications may be provided for transaction updates but are not guaranteed. Charges by telecom providers are not borne by AGEX.

4. User Obligations

4.1. Users must:

• Provide true and accurate information.
• Keep passwords and transaction data secure.
• Use the service only for lawful purposes. 4.2. If a password or transaction data is lost or misused, notify AGEX immediately at +65 6295 9731. 4.3. AGEX may disclose user data to authorities for regulatory compliance. 4.4. Ensure transaction details are correct before submission; changes may not be possible afterward.

5. Liability and Disclaimers

5.1. AGEX will execute transactions with due care but is not liable for:

• Delays or errors due to user input or third-party issues (e.g., telecoms, banks).
• Transactions declined due to regulatory or internal checks. 5.2. AGEX is not responsible for indirect damages or losses beyond SGD 500, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct. 5.3. Force Majeure: AGEX is not liable for service interruptions due to events beyond its control.

6. Password and Security

Users are solely responsible for safeguarding login credentials. Report any unauthorised access immediately.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and systems of AGEX are protected by intellectual property laws. Reproduction or commercial use is prohibited without written consent.

8. Right to Cancel

8.1. Users may cancel a transaction within 14 days, provided funds have not been paid out. Refunds will be processed according to prevailing exchange rates and policies.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. The courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction.

11. General

• No waiver of rights is valid unless in writing.
• These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and AGEX.
• No third party has rights under these Terms.
• AGEX may assign its rights and obligations under these Terms.
